This scholarship is a great opportunity open to international students from all world countries as it’s a tuition-free scholarship (fully funded). The only country which is not allowed to apply is a citizen of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
King Abdulaziz University scholarship programs cover an Arabic Language Diploma, Undergraduate programs (Bachelor’s degree), Master’s, and Ph.D. programs. The application is ongoing now, and it will last for some weeks before it closes finally.
The university which offers fully-funded scholarships in various academic programs ranging from diploma, undergraduate, master, and Ph. Ds is available in two main types for the students.
The two types of scholarships offered by King AbdulAziz University are:
(i) Internal and
(ii) External
- Internal Scholarships refer to the scholarships available at King Abdulaziz University for any student who is non-Saudi but resides in the Kingdom of Saudi with a valid residential permit and is willing to study in the university
- External scholarships at King AbdulAziz University refer to the scholarships available for any student who is also non-Saudi but resides outside the Saudi Kingdom.

Eligibility Requirements
The students who want to study for the King Abdulaziz University Arabic Language Diploma must meet the eligibility requirements below:
- The student must be of good character.
- The applicants are required to make competent efficiency to the university’s rules and regulations
- The graduate applicant is required to have acquired a bachelor’s degree certificate or equivalent within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or anywhere abroad.
- The candidate shouldn’t hold a scholarship from any Saudi universities
- The candidate shouldn’t be formally expelled from the university or any Saudi University for whatever cause.
- The applicant to graduate studies’s age should not be above 30 years while 35 years of age is the maximum age required for doctoral applicants
- The applicant must be medically okay

In addition to the eligibility criteria, the applicants must submit the following documents:
- International Passport
- Transcripts and Certificate of Bachelor’s degree for graduate applicants, and Bachelor’s and Master’s degree certificates for Doctoral applicants
- Personal photograph (jpg format)
- Statement of purpose
- Letters of reference
- Language Proficiency certificate
