Is this scholarship open to accept student applications? The Kuwait fully-funded scholarships portal is wide open as usual for international students for the academic year 2022-2023. The portal is open for online applications for the students who wish to study full-time undergraduate through the Kuwait government under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Education.

Eligibility Criteria

- The age of the applicant should not be more than 25 years for the application and 35 years for Kuwait University, with a strong proof by the birth certificate
- The high school graduation rate of the applicant should be a minimum of (80% for the science major and 85% for the literary major).
- The secondary school certificate that the applicant wants to apply with must be recent, and the certificate age should not be more than two years of age to the graduation date.
- The applicant should be free from communicable diseases, injuries, accidents, and disabilities.
- He or she must be proficient in the Arabic language, written and spoken
- The female applicant should be an unmarried woman
- Priority for acceptance for Muslim minority countries than others
